Prices

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current applicable UK rate where appropriate.

If you require guideline currency conversions, we recommend the XE.com Personal Currency Assistant.

We will not accept any liability for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer whatsoever irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days of receiving your payment. If we cannot, we will attempt to contact you and give you the option to cancel your order. If you require a quick turnaround service please contact us. Please check for any notices on the home page regarding any special circumstances.

Memberships

Membership and Membership Plus cards can be collected from the abbey or posted to you for £0.50 (per order).

Event Tickets

A booking fee will normally apply and will be clearly stated against the event. Only one booking fee will apply per order; if you order tickets for more than one event then the highest booking fee will apply.

Unless otherwise stated event tickets can be collected from the abbey or posted to you for £0.50; if the total ticket value is £250.00 or higher then "signed for" delivery will be used instead at a cost of £3.50.

Delivery to UK addresses will be FREE for the first 50 orders over 25 following the launch of our new online shop on Monday 10th November 2014.

The delivery charge does not include customs, brokerage and other fees which differ from country to country. These charges will be collected at the time of delivery by the shipping company.

Abbey Admission Tickets

Tickets booked online are for the date specified and can be bought up to 6pm on the day before your visit.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address submitted and must be shown at the Ticket Office on arrival along with photo ID for one member of the party. The party must arrive at the same time. Refunds are not available on online tickets.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it by contacting us. Please note that this does not apply to Extravaganza or Abbey Admission tickets or where you have requested a quick turnaround service.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however you may return unused items within 30 days and we will either exchange them or refund you. Please note that this does not apply to Extravaganza or Abbey Admission tickets.
